Greg held the role of Chief Experience Officer at Riverstone, a pioneering developer/operator redefining luxury later living in London and backed by Goldman Sachs.
Full accountability for shaping and delivering the resident experience, including launching two flagship properties, in Kensington (190 apartments), and Fulham (161 apartments), each with approx. 15,000 sq. ft of five-star hotel amenity spaces, establishing operational excellence and defining a new standard for later living in central London.
Client Impact
Defined and delivered a luxury hospitality-led experience for an underserved market.
Created a fully mapped resident journey, from discovery and move-in to day to day living.
Designed and implemented a resident feedback programme, including survey methodology and question design which achieved NPS scores in the high 80s and CSAT above 90%.
Built a scalable operational model to underpin future growth.

Developed and executed operational strategy, covering organisational design, hiring, and training of high-performing teams.
Managed F&B tenders and supplier selection for public-facing restaurants and bars.
Contributed design input to front-of-house and hospitality spaces in two future London developments due to open in 2026.
